The Mayor is a small batch sausage company using sustainable, locally sourced Virginia meats. With chef-driven seasonal recipes, whole animal butchery techniques, we create craft sausages ranging from traditional styles to unique flavors.
The Mayor name is a family tradition, scanning generations and continents. Originally my Grandmother’s maiden name, it has been kept alive and passed down in the form of a middle name of my father, myself and finally given to my son.
