Water Kefir is a bubbly probiotic drink people have enjoyed for hundreds of years all over the world. Water kefir is packed full of living probiotic cultures, enzymes, and electrolytes. Water kefir has a mild, lightly sweet flavor which we brew with fruit or tea infusions.
Owl Spoon Water Kefir Co was founded in Midlothian in 2019. We use organic cane sugar, coconut sugar, and brown sugar plus himalayan sea salts with trace minerals to brew our water kefir. We have a dozen flavors on rotation, some of which are year round and some of which are seasonal. Popular year round flavors include Ginger Ale, Tangerine Mango, and Hibiscus Passionfruit Tea.
