Wild Earth Fermentation
Our mission is to embolden vegetables through fermentation and allow them to be enjoyed in a naturally-preserved state throughout the whole year. Through the WWOOF program and traveling by bicycle on their “Slow Tour", founders Bri & Grant learned from and worked on over a dozen small farms. They learned a deep respect for these farmers, their land and how important and precious the food coming from these places is. Their hope is to provide greater access and understanding of the benefits of fermented vegetables so that they become more essential to the diets and health of their friends, family, and community in Richmond and throughout Virginia.
