River City Bakery
River City Bakery was started by Colleen Geyer in 2017. Colleen has a strong passion for baking and holds a bachelors degree in Food Service Management with a concentration in Contemporary Pastry Arts from Johnson and Wales in Providence RI. We specialize in small batch, scratch made seasonal pastries. There are lots of wonderful farms in the area that we cooperate with to use high quality, local ingredients such as eggs, dairy, fruits and vegetables. This season we will be offering a variety of baked goods at the Birdhouse Farmers Market including: cookies, muffins and scones, seasonal pies and tarts, small snacking cakes, traditional rice pudding, and more.
